PENA – Himpunan Pengusaha Online (HIPO) dipolisikan. HIPO diadukan ke Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Malut tentang dugaan tindak pidana penipuan melalui investasi.

Alan, salah satu member HIPO Malut selaku pelapor kepada Penamalut menuturkan, laporan pengaduan ke Ditreskrimsus Polda Malut itu terkait dengan dana yang mengendap dalam bisnis tersebut. Masalah tersebut mulai muncul pada Januari 2020 dan puncaknya pada Maret 2020. Akhirnya, transaksi yang pun tidak bisa dilakukan sehingga banyak member yang melakukan penarikan dana ke rekening masing-masing. Penarikan dana ke rekening saat itu tidak bisa dilakukan karena saldo mengendap. Tidak lama kemudian, surat dari DPP HIPO Malut bahwa penarikan uang dari aplikasi ke rekening ditutup. Akibatnya, proses penarikan uang, transaksi, pembelian pulsa pun tidak bisa dilakukan.

“Setiap member mengeluh, pengurus HIPO tidak mau terima, alasannya masih proses,” ungkap Alan.

Menurutnya, sistem kerja HIPO tersebut mirip dengan investasi Karapoto. Hanya saja, di HIPO itu dipoles dengan donasi. Jika donasi maka tidak ada imbalan. Awal perekrutan, HIPO mengajak untuk berdonasi. Kata Alan, saat itu dirinya mendonasikan yang sebesar Rp 15 juta sehingga setiap harinya ia mendapat Rp 105 ribu. Tak hanya itu, bila dirinya merekrut member lain untuk ikut mendonasikan dana maka dirinya juga mendapat bonus dari perekrutan anggota baru tersebut. Bonus yang didapat itu tergantung dari besaran donasi yang diinvestasikan oleh anggota baru.

“Jadi ini sistem piramida. Jadi anggota baru yang kita rekrut itu merekrut anggota baru lainnya lagi maka kita juga tetap dapat bonus. Aplikasi baru di HIPO sekarang namanya RUH atau Rumah UMKM,” ungkapnya.

Terpisah, Kasubdit II Ditreskrimsus Polda Malut, AKBP Edy Sugiharto saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan laporan pengaduan tersebut.

“Iya, kami masih pelajari. kayaknya sejenis penipuan itu tapi untuk perbankannya masih didalami dulu,” pungkasnya. (*)
