PENA – Ada yang menarik saat pengundian dan pengumuman nomor urut paslon bupati dan wakil bupati digelar oleh KPU Halsel, Kamis (24/9). Paslon Helmi Umar Muchsin dan La Ode Arfan (Hello Humanis) saat mengundi nomor urut baik pada tabung pertama maupun tabung kedua sama-sama memperoleh nomor urut 1.
KPU Halsel memberlakukan dua tahap pengundian nomor urut dengan menggunakan dua tabung. Satu tabung berisi urutan nomor dari 1 hingga 10. Satu tabung lagi berisi nomor urut 1 dan 2.
Untuk tabung pertama yang berisi nomor 1-10, KPU Halsel menyerahkan kepada calon wakil bupati untuk mengundi. Sedangkan di tabung kedua yang berisi nomor urut 1 dan 2, diserahkan kepada calon bupati untuk mengundi nomor urut sesuai urutan yang telah diundi pada tabung pertama.
Uniknya di dua pengundian pada tabung pertama dan kedua tersebut, La Ode Arfan sebagai calon wakil bupati memperoleh nomor urutan 1. Begitu juga calon bupati Halsel yang berpasangan dengan La Ode, Helmi Umar Muchsin, berhasil memperoleh nomor urut 1.
Berbeda dari Paslon Hello Humanis, Usman Sidik dan Bassam Kasuba memperoleh nomor berbeda saat pengundian. Saat undian dilakukan oleh calon wakil bupati Bassam, nomor urutan yang keluar adalah nomor 3. Hal ini berarti calon bupati yang berpasangan dengan Bassam, Usman Sidik, mau tak mau mendapat nomor urut 2.
Usai pengundian, calon bupati Halsel Helmi Umar Muchsin mengatakan, pada prinsipnya nomor urut ada untuk memenuhi tahapan yang dijalankan oleh KPU. Sejak awal, dia tetap berpegang jika menjadi calon bupati yang terpenting adalah visi membangun Halsel untuk menjadi lebih baik.
“Nomor 1 atau nomor 2 sama saja, yang penting bukan nomor 3,” canda Helmi kepada awak media. (*)
