PENA – Inspektorat Maluku Utara di bawah kepemimpinan Nirwan M.T Ali menggagas tiga aplikasi untuk mencegah terjadinya korupsi di internal Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Maluku Utara.
Tiga aplikasi tersebut yakni Sistim Manajemen Pengawasan Internal Inspektorat (Simwaster), Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Inspektorat (Sipadat), dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Surat Masuk Surat Keluar (Simasuk).
“Aplikasi ini saya sudah sampaikan di BPKP dalam rapat koordinasi dengan BPKP tentang upaya memaksimalkan pengawasan di internal,ā kata Kepala Inspektorat Malut Nirwan M. T Ali, Kamis (18/2) tadi.
Selain tiga aplikasi, Nirwan juga merancang dua inovasi yakni klinik konsultasi Inspektorat dan Inspektorat Berbenah. Program ini tujuannya memperbaiki tata kelola pemerintahan yang selama ini menjadi perbincangan masyarakat terhadap sistem pengelolaan. “Dengan program ini, diharapkan bisa terhindar dari hal-hal yang tidak baik,” harapnya.
Ia bilang, pihaknya juga telah menyiapkan beberapa program strategis yang akan dilaksanakan. Pertama, memaksimalkan hubungan kerjasama dengan Aparat Pengawasan Internal Pemerintah (APIP), Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH), BPKP, dan BPK. Kedua, memaksimalkan sumberdaya auditor.
