PENA – Pelantikan empat kepala daerah (Kada) terpilih di Maluku Utara bakal dilakukan secara langsung atau tatap muka. Ini setelah Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) merespons penolakan pelantikan kepala daerah dilakukan secara virtual di sejumlah daerah di Indonesia termasuk Malut.
Pihak Kemendagri kemudian menggelar rapat melalui virtual dengan 34 pemerintah provinsi yang akan menggelar pelantikan kepala daerah. Rapat yang digelar Rabu (24/2) pagi tadi itu termasuk Pemerintah Provinsi Malut yang dihadiri Staf Ahli Gubernur Malut Bidang Politik Hukum dan Pemerintah Idham Umasangaji, Plh Karo Pemerintahan Taufiqurahman Maradjabessy serta pihak terkait lainnya yang berlangsung di Kantor Perwakilan Pemprov Malut di Ternate.
“Pada rapat tadi telah disepakati bahwa untuk Maluku Utara dan beberapa daerah lainnya dilakukan pelantikan secara langsung,” jelas Staf Ahli Gubernur Bidang Politik Hukum dan Pemerintah, Idham Umasangaji.
Menurutnya, pelantikan empat kepala daerah di Malut ini akan dilaksanakan di Sofifi. Gubernur selaku perwakilan pemerintah pusat di daerah akan mengambil langsung pelantikan dan disaksikan secara virtual oleh Mendagri di Jakarta.
Pada pelantikan nanti, tetap mengedepankan protokol kesehatan. Sehingga yang berhak masuk dalam ruang pelantikan itu hanya empat kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah beserta para istri masing-masing. Orang yang ikut masuk ke dalam ruangan hanya dibatasi maksimal 40.
Untuk waktu pelantikannya dilaksanakan pada Jumat (26/2) lusa, bertempat di Aula Kantor Gubernur Malut di Sofifi. “Pukul 15.00 WIT atau jam 3 sore,” terangnya.
Mangan Penjabat Bupati Kepulauan Sula ini bilang, pada pelantikan nanti, Pemprov Malut akan menyiarkan secara langsung lewat virtual ke empat daerah yang kepala daerahnya akan dilantik dan juga bisa disaksikan masyarakat lewat link yang akan dibagikan.
Lanjut Idham, pada Kamis besok akan dilaksanakan gladi kotor dan pada Jumat pagi akan dilaksanakan gladi bersih yang dihadiri empat kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah yang akan dilantik.
Sementara Plh Karo Pemerintahan, Taufiqurahman Maradjabessy menambahkan setelah dilakukan rapat melalui virtual antara Dirjen Otonomi Daerah Kemendagri bersama 34 pemerintah provinsi penyelenggara pelantikan, hampir semua daerah tidak memiliki ketersediaan jaringan yang memadai, apalagi daerah di Indonesia bagian Timur.
Dengan begitu, Kemendagri memberikan kesempatan untuk melakukan pelantikan secara langsung dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan secara ketat. “Jadi pelantikan bukan secara hybrid lagi, tapi secara langsung,” ujarnya.
Kata Taufiq, saat ini pihaknya telah menyampaikan surat ke kabupaten dan kota untuk menyampaikan ke bupati/wakil bupati dan wali kota/wakil wali kota agar segera merapat ke Sofifi, karena pelantikan akan dilaksanakan secara langsung. Sementara untuk Forkopimda akan menyaksikan pelantikan lewat link yang akan dibagikan.
Sekadar diketahui, empat kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah terpilih yang akan dilantik itu yakni wali kota dan wakil wali kota Tidore Kepulauan, bupati dan wakil bupati Halmahera Timur, bupati dan wakil bupati Halmahera Barat, serta bupati dan wakil bupati Pulau Taliabu. (ask)
