PENA – Penyidik Polda Maluku Utara (Malut) didesak untuk kembali memproses kasus dugaan korupsi alokasi dana desa (DD) dan dana desa (DD) di Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu yang sempat terungkap 2017 silam.
Kasus ini terhenti lantaran diduga tersangka berinisial AG yang kala itu menjabat sebagai Kepala Bidang Perbendaharaan dan Kas Daerah (BPKD) Pulau Taliabu sedang mengandung.
Akademisi Universitas Khairun Ternate, Abdul Kadir Bubu mengatakan, kasus ini sudah cukup lama terungkap. Jadi, dirinya berharap penyidik Ditreskrimsus Polda untuk segera menyelesaikan kasus yang terjadi karena pemotongan alokasi dana desa tersebut.
“Kasus dugaan korupsi dengan nilai total Rp 4,26 miliar ini terhenti karena saat itu terduga AG sementara hamil. Secara kemanusiaan, alasan itu dapat diterima. Tapi saat ini, saya rasa kasus ini harus kembali dilanjutkan,” tukas Abdul Kadir, Sabtu (25/4) malam.
Abdul Kadir menambahkan, dari informasi yang ia dapat, AG saat ini telah jarang berada di Maluku Utara. Bahkan menurut dia, AG sudah bermukim di Jakarta dalam waktu yang cukup lama.
“Penanganan kasus ini harus diseriusi oleh Polda Malut. Dan saya pikir, dengan membuka kasus ini secara terang-benderang, bisa saja terungkap tidak hanya AG sendiri yang terlibat,” tandasnya.
Perkembangan soal kasus dugaan korupsi ADD dan DD Pulau Taliabu baru dilimpahkan tahap satu pada akhir tahun 2020 lalu. Namun diawal 2021, berkasnya dikembalikan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) kepada penyidik Ditreskrimsus Polda Malut karena dianggap belum lengkap.
Sekedar diketahui, pencairan ADD dan DD Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu tahap satu tahun 2017 dilakukan dengan cara ditransfer ke perusahaan atas nama CV Syafaat Perdana yang merupakan badan usaha milik tersangka AG.
Selanjutnya, dari total anggaran yang masuk untuk 71 desa pada 8 kecamatan, dilakukan pemotongan sebesar Rp 60 juta per desa, sehingga total anggarannya sebesar Rp4,26 miliar. (*)
