Penamalut.com, Jailolo – Lonjakan harga tiket speedboat rute Jailolo-Ternate yang sering kali terjadi belum bisa diatasi oleh pihak Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kabupaten Halmahera Barat.
Hal ini menjadi pekerjaan rumah (PR) bagi Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dishub yang baru dilantik Bupati James Uang beberapa waktu lalu.
Kenaikan harga tiket secara sepihak ini mendapat perhatian serius dari DPRD Kabupaten Halbar.
Anggota Komisi III DPRD Halbar, Ibnu Saud Kadim, meminta kepada Plt Kadishub agar diperhatian secara serius terkait masalah ini.
Sekretaris DPC Partai Demokrat Halbar ini menyatakan permasalahan terkait lonjakan harga tiket speedboat dari 60 ribu menjadi 100 ribu ini terjadi sudah lama, namun tidak terkontrol oleh petugas Dishub di lapangan.
“Ini harus diseriusi oleh Plt Kadishub yang baru. Harus ada ketegasan petugas yang ditempatkan di pelabuhan Jailolo,” pintanya.
Ia bilang, setiap petugas yang ditempatkan di pelabuhan itu harus melaksanakan tugas pemantauan dan pengecekan sampai jam 4 sore, karena biasanya di atas jam 4 terjadi kesepakatan antara penumpang dan motoris speedboat.
“Apabila terjadi kenaikan sesuai ketetapan, mala penumpang segera melaporkan ke petugas. Jika laporannya tidak diindahkan, maka Kadishub segera copot petugas tersebut lalu ganti dengan yang lain, atau perlu diberikan sanksi tegas berupa penundaan hak,” tegasnya.
“Ini menjadi PR Plt Kadishub, makanya harus diseriusi,” tandasnya. (yadi/red)
