PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara rupanya serius menyelidiki kasus dugaan korupsi pembangunan rumah ibadah di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan.
Sebelumnya kasus tersebut dalam tahap pengumpulan bahan dan keterangan (Pulbaket) di bidang Intelijen, kini kasus tersebut resmi dilakukan penyelidikan.
Itu artinya, Kejati menduga pembangunan rumah ibadah di sejumlah desa di Halsel yang dianggarkan melalui Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) tahun 2018-2019 pada Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (Disperkim) Malut itu tidak beres.
Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga menuturkan bahwa penanganan kasus rumah ibadah ini tim penyelidik Intelijen telah meningkatkan statusnya ke penyelidikan. “Iya, kasus rumah ibadah kami sudah tingkatkan ke tahap penyelidikan,” ungkapnya saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Jumat (11/6) tadi.
Untuk itu, kata dia, dalam waktu dekat pihaknya akan mengundang pihak-pihak terkait untuk dimintai keterangan.
“Setelah itu, barulah tim penyelidik akan menentukan langkah selanjutnya,” tukasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, kasus ini sebelumnya menjadi sorotan Komisi III DPRD Malut. Lembaga wakil rakyat itu lalu kemudian merekomendasikan kepada Inspektorat Malut untuk melakukan audit.
Inspektorat dibawah pimpinan Nirawan M.T Ali kemudian menindaklanjuti rekomendasi DPRD dan melakukan audit investigasi beberapa waktu lalu.
Hasil audit investigasi ini bahkan sudah selesai dan sudah diserahkan ke Kejati Malut. Tak lama diserahkan, tim penyelidik Kejati Malut kemudian meningkatkan statusnya dari Pulbaket ke penyelidikan.
Tidak hanya diserahkan ke Kejati, hasil audit investigasi ini juga diserahkan ke Komisi III DPRD sebagai tindaklanjut atas rekomendasi. Meski demikian, Nirwan belum bisa membeberkan hasil audit tersebut. (Red)
