PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepuluan Sula (Kepsul) terpaksa dilaporkan ke Polda Maluku Utara.
Oknum ASN yang diketahui berinisial KM itu dilaporkan ke polisi lantaran diduga melakukan persetubuhan terhadap anak di bawah umur.
KM dilaporkan ke Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Malut oleh LBH Advokasi Peduli Bangsa Kongres Advokasi Indonesia (KAI) Malut sesuai Surat Tanda Penerimaan Laporan Nomor/STPL/68/VII/2021/SPKT.
Ketua LBH Advokasi Peduli Bangsa KAI Malut, Roslan, menuturkan awalnya terlapor dengan korban berkenalan melalui media sosial facebook. Korban yang merupakan anak di bawah umur itu kemudian diajak ke Ternate oleh terlapor. Korban bahkan dijanjikan akan dinikahi, akan tetapi setelah korban tiba di Ternate tidak dinikahi.
“Padahal korban sudah diajak tidur berkali-kali. Sekitar 3 kali di tahun 2020,” kata Roslan kepada wartawan, Senin (5/7).
Dengan laporan resmi yang telah dibuat, kata Roslan, maka pihaknya akan mengawal proses penegakan hukum guna korban mendapatkan keadilan.
“Kami penasehat hukum dari korban mengucapkan terima kasih kepada penyidik Ditreskrimum Polda, karena sudah menerima kami dengan pelayanan yang maksimal,” ujarnya.
Roslan menegaskan kepada pihak-pihak yang mencoba mengancam korban akan melaporkan juga ke penegak hukum dengan, sebab bukti-bukti berupa percakapan dengan nada mengancam telah dikumpulkan korban.
“Karena ancaman ini jelas sudah sangat menggangu kenyamanan dan psikologi anak. Kami sedangkan mengumpulkan bukti-bukti ancaman yang dilakukan kepada korban
melalui telepon maupun pesan singkat whatsApp,” tegasnya.
Ia menyatakan proses tetap berjalan sekalipun ada upaya-upaya penyelesaian kekeluargaan. Karena itu, ia meminta semua pihak untuk menghargai hak-hak anak dan tidak boleh ada ancaman, intimidasi baik psikologi maupun secara psikis, sebab akan menggangu korban.
“Kami selaku kuasa hukum berharap teman-teman penyidik dapat melanjutkan proses ini. Muda-mudahan menjadi pembelajaran buat yang lain, bahwa anak harus dilindungi,” tandas Sekertaris KAI Malut ini.
Ia menambahkan, pihaknya fokus pada pendampingan dugaan telah terjadi pelecehan seksual ataupun pemerkosaan terhadap korban.
“Kami fokus pendampingan pelecahan anak dibawah umur sesuai pasal yang dituduhkan yajnibpasal 76D junto pasal 81 ayat (1) dan (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 35 tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak,” jelasnya menutup. (red)
