PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Menanggapi tudingan warga terkait dugaan pemotongan gaji tenaga kesehatan secara sepihak, Kepala Puskesmas Busua, Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, Fadli Talib membantahnya.
Kepada wartawan, Fadli mengatakan bahwa apa yang disampaikan warga terkait dirinya melakukan pemotongan gaji bidan desa tidak benar. Apa yang dia lakukan, menurutnya sudah sesuai mekanisme.
“Apa yang saya lakukan dan saya buat itu tidak ada masalah, karena sudah sesuai mekanisme. Soal pencairan anggaran jampersal sebesar Rp 45 juta dan memberikan uang sebesar 4 juta kepada salah satu bidan itu sudah sesuai,” kata Fadli saat ditemui, Selasa (10/8) malam lalu.
Fadli juga membantah tuduhan pemotongan gaji para bidan dan tenaga kesehatan lainnya di Puskesmas Busua dengan jumlah yang bervariasi. Sehingga itu, dia sudah sudah datang dan mengklarifikasinya di Dinas Kesehatan Halsel
“Saya dipanggil menghadap ke Dinkes, jadi saya sudah temui Sekretaris Dinkes dan Kabid Kesmas yang membawahi Puskesmas untuk jelaskan semuanya,” ujarnya.
Ia melanjutkan, setelah mendengar penyampaian darinya, Sekretaris Dinkes dan Kabid Kesmas juga sudah menyampaikan bahwa apa yang ia jelaskan sudah sesuai dengan mekanismenya.
“Jadi sudah selesai semua,” terangnya.
Dihubungi terpisah, Kabid Kesmas Dinkes Halsel, Aslima Kasuba, juga membenarkan jika Kepala Puskesmas Busua, Fadli, sudah dipanggil dan datang menghadap.
“Jadi dia (Fadli) sudah menjelaskan semuanya dihadapan saya dan Pak Sek Dinkes. Sehingga itu tidak ada masalah lagi,” pungkasnya menutup. (rul/ask)
