PENAMALUT.COM, TALIABU – Ganti rugi lahan warga di Desa Pencado dan Desa Bahu, Kecamatan Taliabu Selatan, oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu, terkesan pilih kasih.
Bahkan Pemkab Taliabu dinilai ingkar janji lantaran sudah lama menjanjikan ke warga bahwa pasca pembebasan, lahan tersebut langsung dibayarkan. Namun sampai saat ini tak kunjung dibayar.
Belakangan, Pemkab Taliabu melalui Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) meminta agar warga memasukkan data-data jumlah tanaman dan lahan yang digusur. Data tersebut kemudian sudah dimasukkan warga, namun lagi-lagi Pemkab tak kunjung membayar lahan warga.
Warga lantas kesal dan menyebut Pemkab Taliabu pembohong.
“Masyarakat Desa Pencado sudah berulang kali kasih masuk data, sampai sekarang pihak keuangan belum mencairkan anggaran ganti rugi lahan. Data apa lagi yang kamong (kalian) minta. Jangan talalu parlente deng abunawas lagi (jangan terlalu berbohong). Bayar lahan kami cepat,” ujar salah satu warga Pencado dengan nada kesal.
Salah satu warga lainnya, La Sima, menuturkan bahwa saat ini ada beberapa warga yang sudah dibayarkan Pemda, seperti Yakup Rete mantan anggota DPRD Taliabu dan Safi Kepala Desa Maluli.
“Mereka punya sudah dibayar, kenapa kami punya belum bayar ? Sementara proses pengurusan waktu itu kami sama-sana. Ini tidak adil. Pemda pilih kasih,” katanya.
Warga menduga Kepala BPKPAD tak mau mencairkan pembayaran ganti rugi lahan warga Desa Pencado dan Desa Bahu.
Untuk itu, La Sima mengancam akan melakukan pemalangan jalan, jika Pemkab Taliabu masih pilih kasih dan tidak segera membayar. Sebab sudah terlalu lama Pemkab berjanji.
“Saya sudah cukup sabar selama ini. Jika sekarang Pemda tidak segera membayar, maka saya akan palang jalan,ā tegasnya.
Kepala BPKPAD Irwan Mansur, dan Kepala Bagian Tata Pemerintahan Amrul Badal saat dikonfirmasi di kantornya tak berada di tempat.
Keduanya susah ditemui, begitu juga masyarakat setiap saat ingin menemui keduanya di kantor, selalu saja tidak tidak ditemui di kantor. Stafnya beralasan sementara berada di luar.
