PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat melalui Bupati James Uang belum lama ini mengutarakan bakal melakukan rolling jabatan besar-besaran, baik eselon II, III, dan IV.
Meski demikian, rolling jabatan ini masih menunggu dilaksanakannya fit and proper test yang akan berlangsung dalam waktu dekat.
“Soal rolling ini masih dilakukan fit and proper test untuk para pejabat,” kata Bupati James Uang saat ditemui wartawan di Kantor Bupati Halbar, Rabu (25/8).
Bupati menyebut fit and proper test belum dilakukan lantaran pihaknya masih menunggu Ketua Timsel, Prof. Husen Alting yang baru selesai serah terima jabatan Rektor Unkhair.
“Nanti besok kalau Prof. Husen Alting sudah punya waktu, maka kami akan lakukan briefing, dan setelah briefing barulah disampaikan.
Mantan anggota DPRD Halbar ini juga menyampaikan rolling nanti bakal dilakukan evaluasi menyeluruh ke semua jabatan itu. Ini artinya, Bupati mengisyaratkan akan wajah baru dalam pengisian jabatan nanti.
Perlu diketahui, Bupati Halbar James Uang sebelumnya pada 24 Juni lalu mengaku bakal melakukan rolling jabatan besar-besaran pada Agustus 2021. Rolling jabatan tersebut meliputi pejabat eselon II, III dan IV.
Sesuai regulasi, ia menuturkan 6 bulan menjabat sebagai kepala daerah baru boleh dilakukan rolling.
Dengan demikian, sejak dilantik pada Februari 2021 lalu, maka tepat pada Agustus ini Bupati sudah bisa melakukan pergantian jabatan. (adi/ask)
