PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Layanan pengurusan administrasi kependudukan di kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Dukcapil) Kabupaten Halmahera Utara harus menunjukan kartu vaksin.
Kepala Dinas Dukcapil Halut, Hernefer F. Tjandua mengatakan, pengurusan administrasi kependudukan seperti pembuatan KTP harus menunjukan kartu vaksin. Ini dilakukan pihaknya sesuai himbauan Bupati Frans Manery.
Vaksin sebenarnya tidak ada masalah, karena penerapan vaksinasi ini untuk keselamatan bersama.
“Kalau kita mencintai anak-anak dan keluarga, minimal harus divaksin. Sehingga pegawai Dukcapil yang melakukan pelayan terhadap masyarakat yang membuat KTP harus menerapkan protokol kesehatan, salah satunya dengan menerapkan wajib vaksin,” ujar Hernefer saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya, Kamis (23/9).
Terkait vaksinasi ini, kata dia, tergantung niat dari masyarakat yang melakukan. Apakah mau atau tidak, karena ini merupakan anjuran pemerintah untuk vaksinasi, termasuk masyarakat di Halut.
Maka dari itu, lanjut dia, masyarakat yang belum divaksin yang kemudian melakukan pengurusan KTP, maka akan diarahkan untuk divaksin. Setelah divaksin, barulah bisa dilayani pembuatan KTP.
“Masyarakat yang datang tetap dilayani, tapi kami meminta harus mengikuti anjuran pemerintah sebagai warga negara yang baik. Jadi harus divaksin,” terangnya. (fnc/ask)
