PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Perusahan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula sudah menyelesaikan Program Hibah Air Minum Perkotaan tahun anggaran 2021 dari Direktorat Jenderal Cipta Karya, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat.
Kepala PDAM Sula, Munir Banapon kepada media Sinen (1/11) mengatakan, pada tahun 2021 ini sebanyak 784 sambungan rumah (SR) yang telah terpasang berdasarkan survey verifikasi. Di mana pemasangan SR ini sudah sesuai dengan pedoman program tersebut.
Terkait biaya sebesar Rp 300.000 adalah biaya resmi yang ditetapkan oleh PDAM dan bukan merupakan pungutan liar sebagaimana isu yang tersebar di Sula.
Menurutnya, penerima manfaat program Hibah Air Minum Perkotaan adalah untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR). Salah satu kriterianya adalah bersedia membayar biaya pemasangan sambungan rumah sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan PDAM. Dengan ketentuan besarnya lebih rendah dari pada biaya pemasangan sambungan rumah reguler.
“Dan yang ditetapkan PDAM Kepulauan Sula sudah sesuai, di mana untuk pemasangan reguler Rp 1.530.000, dan PDAM menetapkan biaya sambungan rumah untuk masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah sebesar Rp 300.000. Ini untuk biaya pemasangan dan gratis rekening air selama dua bulan,” jelasnya.
Ia bilang, ini merupakan biaya terendah pemasangan SR di program MBR.
“Silahkan dicek kabupaten/kota lain yang lakukan program ini, kira-kira menetapkan tarifnya berapa? Jadi sama sekali tidak ada pungli dalam program tersebut. Semua sudah sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan program yang ada,” tukasnya. (ish/ask)
