PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Taman Jole Majiko yang terletak di Kelurahan Dufa-Dufa, Kecamatan Ternate Utara, Kota Ternate, tampaknya kurang diperhatikan. Hal ini berdampak pada sepinya pengujung.
Taman yang dibangun menggunakan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) ini dikelola oleh pihak balai.
Menurut pengakuan Lurah setempat, Sarjudin S. Radjab, sudah beberapa kali warga menyampaikan keluhan terkait penempatan petugas kebersihan. Namun ini harus dikoordinasikan terlebih dahulu dengan Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (Perkim).
“Kalau ditambah tenaga kebersihan berarti harus ada penyediaan honor atau operasional. Namun dari Dinas Perskim belum siap, akhirnya masih pakai Satgas kebersihan,” katanya saat ditemui beberapa waktu lalu.
Ia juga mengaku, terkait pengelolaan area taman belum dikoordinasikan ke pihak Parawisata.
Terpisah Kepala Dinas Parawisata Kota Ternate, Rizal Marsaoly menyampaikan, Taman Jole Majiko ini dikelola balai. Sebab dalam proses pembangunannya menggunakan APBN.
Namun pada saat pembangunan, kata Rizal, berbeda dengan konsep penataan yang dimiliki pemerintah. Sehingga jalan satu-satunya harus saling mensinergikan.
“Saya sempat sampaikan ke Pak Lurah bahwa di sisi sebelah barat menghadap ke laut nanti kita akan memfasilitasi lapak-lapak bagi penjual. Kemudian area yang ada di situ akan kita tata sedemikian rupa untuk tetap besih, karena konsep yang harus dibangun adalah bagaimana jaga dia dengan konsistennsi pemanfaatan ruang. Tidak boleh ada tempat jual dadakan,” ujarnya kepada wartawan, Senin (1/11) kemarin.
Rizal menambahkan, Taman Jole Mjiko masuk dalam destinasi ruang publik. Sama halnya dengan taman Nukila, Pantai Falajawa, dan Taman Kota Baru. Bahkan sama fungsinya jika dilihat dari zona-zona yang berkarakter, idenstitas sebuah ruang itu berbeda. Maka dari itu, pemerintah akan merencanakan melakukan penataan pada tahun 2022 mendatang.
“Saya sebenarnya bukan belum fokus, tapi inti fokusnya di 2022. Ruang itu sudah ada cuman belum dioptimalkan saja,” tandasnya. (adv/ano)
