PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Anggota Polres Kepulauan Sula mengamankan ratusan botol minuman keras (Miras) jenis captikus di kapal kayu yang berlabuh di Pelabuhan Sanana, Minggu (5/12) kemarin.
Miras tersebut diisi dalam botol air mineral ukuran sedang yang dikemasi dalam karton sebanyak 12 karton yang berjumlah 256 botol.
Barang haram itu diduga milik anak buah kapal (ABK) Rukun Abadi, Hasri. Saat ditemui wartawan, Hasri mengaku bahwa miras itu milik rekannya.
“Miras itu diambil dari KM Permata Obi yang di bawa dari Manado dan teman saya yang ambil di Pelabuhan Sanana,” katanya.
Terpisah, Kasat Reskrim Polres Sula, Iptu Aryo Dwi Prabowo mengatakan, miras ini milik kedua ABK inisial IN dan AS yang diamanakan di Kapal Rukun Abadi, dan rencananya di bawa ke Kabupaten Kepulauan Salayar, Sulawesi Selatan.
Namun demikian, kedua pemilik barang tidak bisa ditahan karena masuk dalam tindak pidana ringan.
“Nanti kami serahkan di bagian tindakan pidana ringan (Tipiring),” tandasnya. (ish/ask)
