PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Ikatan Pengusaha Muslimah Indonesia (IPEMI) Provinsi Maluku Utara menggelar musyawarah wilayah untuk periode ke depan bertempat di Muara Hotel, Sabtu (18/12).
Dalam Muswil itu, Ketua PW IPEMI Malut Sofiati Munir menjadi satu-satunya nama yang masuk dalam calon ketua untuk periode selanjutnya.
Sofiati kepada media ini mengatakan, jika dipercaya kembali memegang amanah, ia akan memfokuskan program pembinaan UMKM di 10 kabupaten/kota.
Sofiati juga bilang, selama 5 tahun menjabat, kepengurusannya menjalankan program pelatihan bersama Balai POM pada wilayah 10 kabupaten/kota yang belum ada industri rumah tangga.
“Produksi UMKM mendapat pelatihan dan legitimasi yang jelas dari Balai POM, sehingga hasil produksi UMKM bisa dipasarkan ke Mall. Bisa dijual ke luar melalui platform digital,” ujarnya.
Selain pelatihan, IPEMI juga aktif melakukan kegiatan sosial seperti menyumbang ke panti asuhan dan masjid.
Program tersebut, kata Sofiati, juga bagian dari program Nasional terhadap UMKM. Sebelumnya UMKM hanya berjualan menggunakan manual dan ini langkah sekarang sudah lewat online.
“Pelatihan ini lebih ke arah digital, biasanya berjualan hanya pada tataran lokal, kita bisa pasarkan sampai Nasional. Namun UMKM sementara lebih terjual itu kuliner seperti, abon dan sambal,” jelasnya.
Sementara Asisten II bidang Perekonomi dan Pembangunan Malut, Sri Hariyanti Hatari mengatakan, Maluku Utara harus butuh organisasi yang bersifat pengusaha untuk mendorong para pelaku usaha, apalagi di era pandemi ini. Oleh karena itu, organisasi IPEMI diharapkan ikut mendorong perekonomian Maluku Utara.
Sri bilang, pemerintah daerah terus mendorong dengan meminta kepada pengusaha tetap berkoordinasi dan merangkul UMKM yang di bawah binaan Pemda baik provinsi maupun kabupaten/kota di wilayah Maluku Utara.
