PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Ternate menetapkan HMR (32) sebagai tersangka atas penikaman terhadap Ilham, Kepala Sub Seksi (Kasubsi) ITE pada pada Bidang Intelijen Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate, Selasa (14/12) lalu.
Kapolres Ternate, AKBP Aditya Laksimada melalui Kasi Humas Polres Ternate, Ipda Wahyuddin saat dikonfirmasi wartawan media ini mengatakan, sejauh ini penyidik sudah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap tiga orang sebagai saksi. Bahkan kasusnya telah ditingkatkan dari tahap penyelidikan ke penyidikan.
“Untuk pelaku sudah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka,” jelasnya, Selasa (21/12).
Menurutnya, motif perbuatan yang dilakukan karena waktu itu tersangka dalam keadaan emosi. Korban pada saat itu juga sempat memukul tersangka, sehingga tersangka emosi dan balik menikam korban. Korban ditikam dengan menggunakan pisau yang diambil dari saku kanan celana tersangka.
Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 351 ayat (1) KUHPidana.
“Ancaman pidananya dua tahun dan delapan bulan,” tegasnya.
Sekadar peristiwa ini terjadi di depan Masjid Raya Al-Munawar Ternate. Korban saat selesai melaksanakan Shalat Dzuhur sekira pukul 13.00 WIT siang. Saat itu keduanya terjadi cekcok hingga berujung penikaman. Beruntung, korban hanya mengalami luka ringan di perut dan saat ini telah membaik. (gon/ask)
