PENAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Belum lama ini, Komisi III DPRD Provinsi Maluku Utara mengeluarkan surat rekomendasi pencabutan izin usaha pertambangan (IUP) operasi produksi (OP) PT. Amazing Tabara.
Surat yang dikeluarkan pada tanggal 2 Desember 2021 dengan Nomor: 23/KOMISI III-DPRD/XII/2021 ditandatangani Ketua Komisi III DPRD Malut, Zulkifli Umar itu meminta kepada pimpinan DPRD untuk menindaklanjutinya ke Gubernur.
Pimpinan DPRD kemudian mempelajari dengan seksama dan mempertimbangkan bahwa dari berbagai hasil telaah dan kesimpulan yang telah dikemukakan dalam laporan Komisi III sebagaimana yang terlampir, maka merekomendasikan perlu dilakukan pencabutan terhadap IUP OP PT. Amazing Tabara yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara melalui Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP).
“Dengan hormat meminta saudara Gubernur untuk dapat kiranya meneruskan rekomendasi Komisi III tersebut kepada kementerian Energi dan Sumberdaya Mineral (ESDM) RI, serta Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kementerian Kehutanan (KLHK) RI di Jakarta,” demikian isi surat yang ditandatangani Ketua DPRD Kuntu Daud, dan tiga Wakil Ketua DPRD Muhammad Abusama, Sahril Thahir, dan Rahmi Husen.
Isi surat tersebut juga diharapkan agar proses evaluasi terhadap pencabutan IUP OP PT. Amazing Tabara dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan peraturan dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Ketua DPRD Malut, Kuntu Daud saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan bahwa surat tersebut rekomendasi Komisi III sudah ditindaklanjuti pimpinan DPRD ke Gubernur Abdul Gani Kasuba.
“Sudah ditindaklanjuti,” singkat Kuntu saat dihubungi wartawan media ini malam tadi. (ano/ask)
