PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Tim penyelidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kepulauan Sula menghentikan proses penyidikan dugaan kasus korupsi pembangunan Saluran Desa Wainib, Kecamatan Sulabesi Selatan, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula.
Kejari beralasan proyek pembangunan saluran senilai 1,2 miliar yang melakat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (PURPKP) Sula tahun 2019 itu tidak ditemukan adanya kerugian negara.
Kapala Seksi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Sula, Fadli Habibi mengatakan, pihaknya sudah meminta keterangan dari pihak-pihak terkait dan beberapa ahli, baik ahli konstruksi dari Universitas Khairun (Unkhair) maupun ahli Ikatan Nasional Konsultan Indonesa (INKIndo).
“Dari hasil pemeriksaan ahli konstruksi dari Unkhair dan Inkindo, bahwa pekerjaan tersebut sudah sesuai dengan kontraknya. Sementara hasil LHP BPK yang diteruskan oleh Inspektorat ke Kejari Sula, tidak ditemukan adanya kerugiaan keuangan negara,” jelasnya saat ditemui wartawan media ini, Senin (10/1) tadi.
Pihaknya, kata Fadli, kemudian melakukan ekspos bersama pimpinan dan untuk perkara Saluran Wainib, maka disimpulkan bahwa proses penyidikan perkara ini dihentikan. Sebab tidak memenuhi unsurnya.
Meski demikian, lanjut Fadli, tidak menutup kemungkinan apabila ada bukti-bukti baru terkait pekerjaan Saluran Wainib, maka akan dibuka kembali.
“Kita akan ungkap kembali apabila ada bukti baru,” tandasnya. (ish/ask)
