PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Entah apa yang merasuki SS alias Emang, warga Kelurahan Kalumpang, Kota Ternate.
Oknum pegawai di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Chasan Boesori itu nekat merusak pintu rumah milik tetangganya. Tidak hanya itu, Emang juga diketahui memaki-maki pemilik rumah tersebut.
Ulah Emang ini kemudian dilaporkan ke Polres Ternate oleh Asrad (57) pemilik rumah. Persoalan ini lantaran dipicu permasalahan batas kintal rumah.
Iyan Fazrianty, anak pemilik rumah saat ditemui wartawan media ini menceritakan, aksi ini dilakukan pelaku pada 28 Desember 2021 lalu. Sebelum masuk kedalam rumah, pelaku terlebih dahulu melempari rumah korban.
“Dia masuk di torang (kami) punya dalam rumah dan mau pukul mama (ibu) kami. Tapi saya dan kakak saya menghalanginya,” tuturnya, Senin (10/1) kemarin.
Kata Fazrianty, sebelum pelaku masuk ke dalam rumahnya dan melakukan penyerangan, terlebih dahulu terduga pelaku bersama kelurganya sudah berkumpul di depan rumah.
Setelah kejadian itu, ia bersama keluarganya langsung ke Polres Ternate untuk membuat pengaduan di Sentral Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT).
Kemudian pada tanggal 3 Januari 2022, pihaknya kembali mendatangi Polres untuk menyerahkan kronologis kejadian tersebut kepada Satuan Reserse dan Kriminal (Satreskrim).
“Kami berharap kepada Kapolres Ternate untuk memproses oknum ASN ini sesuai hukum yang berlaku. Juga kepada Direktur RSUD Chasan Boesorie dan Dinas Kesehatan agar memberi sanksi berat terhadap perbuatan dari oknum ASN tersebut,” harapnya.
Dirinya juga menegaskan bahwa permasalahan ini tidak akan diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan, dan tetap akan diproses sesuai hukum yang berlaku.
“Kami tidak akan cabut laporan, karena ibu kami dimaki-maki di depan umum,” tegasnya.
Terpisah, Kasi Humas Polres Ternate, Ipda Wahyuddin saat dikonfirmasi wartawan media pada Selasa (11/1) tadi, mengaku bahwa penyidik Polres Ternate telah menerima laporan tersebut dan sementara dalam tahap penyelidikan.
“Laporannya sudah diterima dan masih tahap penyelidikan,” singkatnya mengakhiri. (tr1/ask)
