PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Pekerjaan rehabilitasi Kantor Camat Kecamatan Sulabesi Barat, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, di Desa Kabau Darat, tanpa ada papan informasi proyek.
Hal ini mengundang tanda tanya masyarakat setempat. Pasalnya, pekerjaan rehabilitasi yang anggarannya melekat pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang dan Kawasan Permukiman (PUPRKP) itu tidak diketahui besaran anggarannya.
Warga menyayangkan sikap ketidakterbukaan informasi itu. Apalagi, kata warga, ini menyangkut dengan anggaran negara yang harus dipertanggungjawabkan kepada rakyat.
“Masak rakyat tidak tahu. Harus transparan anggaran kepada warga itu, karena itu perintah. Kalau tidak ada papan informasi proyek ini berarti ada dugaan praktik korupsi,” ujar salah satu warga kepada media ini, Selasa (18/1).
Warga juga bilang, pekerjaan rehabilitas ini dimulai awal Januari kemarin dan sementara ini pekerjaan sedang berlangaung.
Sementara Camat Kecamatan Sulabesi Barat, Djafar Umanahu mengatakan, pekerjaan rehabilitasi Kantor Camat dianggarankan melalui anggaran APBD perubahan tahun 2021 yang melekat pada Dinas PUPRKP Sula.
“Untuk nilai anggarannya yang saya ketehui sebesar 100 juta rupiah. Namun sangat eneh, hanya rehab atau ganti seng sekitar 10 lembar dan tehel sekitar 7 dos, dan cat, tapi anggarannya sampai 100 juta,” kata Djafar dengan heran.
Sementara Kapala Dinas PURPKP Sula, Samsul Bahri Soamole yang dikonfirmasi melalui via telepon tidak merespons pertanyaan wartawan hingga berita ini ditayangkan. (ish/ask)
