PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Utara menetapkan SH dan DM selaku mantan Sekretaris dan Bendahara Panitia Pengawas Pemilu (Panwaslu) Halut tahun 2015 atas dugaan korupsi dana hibah pemilu.
Kepala Kejari Halut, Agus Wirawan menjelaskan, dalam kasus tersebut sebelumnya telah ditetapkan tiga orang senagai tersangka, yakni mantan Ketua, Sekretaris dan Bendahara Panwaslu. Hanya saja para tersangka mengajukan Praperadilan dan memenangkannya.
Pihaknya kemudian melakukan penyelidikan awal kembali dengan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi.
“Kami buka baru, periksa saksi-saksi, sita alat bukti dan barang bukti serta menghitung kerugian negara. Kemudian kita analisa secara formil dan materil, jangan sampai tidak lengkap adminitrasinya. Setelah semua alat bukti cukup, kami tetapkan sua tersangka,” ungkapnya ketika dikonfirmasi wartawan NMG, Sabtu (22/1) tadi.
Kata dia, setelah selesai pemeriksaan saksi, kemudian tim bersama Kajari melakukan ekspose atau paparan, dan dalam ekspose tersebut diperoleh bukti kuat terhadap dua tersangka.
“Setelah penetapan tersangka, lalu dilakukan penahanan pada Jumat kemarin,” jelasnya.
Untuk mantan Ketua Panwaslu, kata dia, belum ditetapkan sebagai tersangka. Namun tim saat ini masih mendalami. Sementara kerugian keuangan negara berdasarkan hitungan dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK) senilai 1,3 miliar.
“Atas perbuatannya, kedua tersangka diancam pidana dalam Pasal 2 dan Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang perubahan atas UU Nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi,” pungkasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, temuan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan terkait penyalahgunaan dana hibah Panwaslu Kabupaten Halut tahun 2015 sendiri senilai 3,080 miliar dari dari total anggaran yang bersumber dari APBD sebesar 4,8 miliar. Kemudian telah diverifikasi oleh Inspektorat dan temuannya hanya tersisa Rp 96 juta. (gon/ask)
