PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Salah satu oknum Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di lingkup Pemerintah Kota Ternate dilaporkan ke Polsek Ternate Selatan.
Oknum ASN berinisal MS itu dilaporkan oleh salah satu warga Keluraha Kayu Merah lantaran diduga melakukan penipuan dengan menjanjikan akan merubah tahun ijazah SMA anak korban.
MS awalnya menelpon anak korban dan mengaku bisa membuat atau merubah ijazah SMA. Kemudian korban dan pelaku membicarakan mengenai ijazah tersebut. MS lalu memberitahu korban bahwa biaya untuk merubah ijazah itu sebesar 15 juta.
“Korban kemudian memberikan uang sebesar 15 juta kepada terlapor. Namun hampir setahun ini, ijazah tersebut tidak ada,” kata Kapolsek Ternate Selatan, Iptu Suherman kepada wartawan NMG, Kamis (3/2).
Lanjutnya, karena mearasa ditipu, korban kemudian meminta kepada MS untuk mengembalikan uangnya. Namun MS belum juga mengembalikan uang itu.
“Merasa dirugikan, korban bersama keluarga didampingi kuasa hukumnya membuat laporan ke Polsek Ternate Selatan. Laporannya masuk pada Rabu kemarin,” jelas Suherman.
Sementara kuasa hukum korban, Fikram mengatakan, peristiwa tersebut sudah berlangsung sejak 18 Maret 2021 lalu. Ketika itu MS meminta korban untuk memberinya uang sebanyak 15 juta agar dibuatkan ijazah baru.
“alasan MS untuk meminta uang sebanyak itu kepada korban untuk pengurusan di instansi tingkat provinsi dan sebagainya, namun sampai satu tahun ini ijazah tersebut belum ada juga,” ujarnya.
Fikram menambahkan, sebelum itu, kliennya dengan MS sudah membuat surat pernyataan pengembalian uang, namun MS rupanya tidak menempati janjinya.
“Kliennya kami meminta agar uang tersebut dikembalikan sesuai dengan laporan yang dibuat di Polsek. Namun kalau tidak dikembalikan, maka proses hukum akan dilanjutkan sesuai dengan surat pernyataan yang dibuat sebelumnya antara korban dan MS,” tegasnya mengakhiri. (tr1/ask)
