PENAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan (DKP) Provinsi Maluku utara melalui Bidang Perikanan Tangkap pada tahun 2021 menghabiskan anggaran sebesar 28 miliar untuk program di bidang perikanan tangkap.
Anggaran sebesar 28 miliar ini terdiri dari APBD sebesar 22 miliar dan APBN 6 miliar.
Kepala Bidang Perikanan Tangkap pada DKP Malut, Sugiharsono kepada wartawan mengatakan, anggaran yang melekat pada DAU dan DAK tersebut diperuntukkan untuk beberapa program kegiatan, diantaranya penyediaan rumpon, penyediaan kapal perikanan 3 GT, 5 GT dan 10 GT, penyediaan saran dan prasarana pelabuhan perikanan, penerapan lookbok perinakan tangkap, operasional UPTD, penyediaan asuransi nelayan, penerapan armada kapal perikanan serta dukungan manajemen perizinan tangakap.
Untuk tahun 2022, lanjut Sugiharsono, kemungkinan tidak berbeda jauh dengan tahun sebelumnya. Saat tinggal menuunggu keluarnya Dokumen Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DPA).
“Untuk 2022 baru usulan program. Terkait berapa anggaran, kita belum tahu. Karena Dokumen Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DPA) belum keluar. Namun setahu saya usulan biasanya naik 20 persen dari pagu lama,” ujarnya saat ditemui wartawan, Rabu (16/2).
Seksi Pengelola Produk Perikanan Tangkap, Ibrahim Asnawi menambahkan, sejauh ini sudah tercatat 750 sertifikasi tanah nelayan yang prioritaskan di delapan kabupaten.
Para nelayan ini ketika melakukan akses sistem kredit di perbankan maupun non perbankan agak sulit, dikarenakan tidak agunan (jaminan).
“Sertifikat inilah yang bisa dipakai untuk angunan. Sehingga ada penguatan usaha termasuk penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan nelayan,” tambahnya menutup. (ano/ask)
