Tak tahan, AA kemudian membuat laporan ke Polsek Ternate Utara dengan tuduhan penalantaran anak dan istri.
Bukan hanya tidak menafkahi, MG juga meninggalkan anak dan istrinya disaat istrinya, AA, dalam keadaan sakit cukup parah. Hingga sekarang ini, AA tak lagi mengetahui keberadaan suaminya tersebut.
Kapolsek Ternate Utara, Iptu Ibrahim Mappe melalui Kanit Reskrim, Ipda Riski Kurniawan kepada waratwan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) mengatakan, pelapor ditinggalkan karena mungkin ada masalah internal dengan terlapor. Sehingga terlapor pergi dari rumah mereka kurang lebih selama satu tahun.
“Kita akan minta keterangan dari pelapor sebagai saksi dan saksi yang lainnya. Selanjutnya kita akan panggil terlapor,” ujarnya, Rabu (23/2).
Kata Riski, terlapor selama kurang lebih satu tahun berjalan ini tidak pernah memberi uang sedikit pun terhadap istrinya terhitung dari Maret 2021 hingga Februari 2022 sekarang ini.
“Kita awali dengan mediasi dulu. Kalaupun tidak ada celah, maka kita akan naikkan untuk disidang,” pungkasnya. (tr1/ask)
