PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Penanganan kasus dugaan korupsi pemotongan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula tahun 2020 senilai 21 miliar oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Sula jalan di tempat.
Hal ini membuat aktivis pemerhati korupsi di Kepulauan Sula, Marina S. Umawaitina, angkat bicara. Ia bilang, kasus tersebut sudah dalam tahap penyidikan. Sayangnya, hingga kini Kejari belum menetapkan siapa tersangkanya.
“Sampai saat ini kasus dugaan korupsi pemotongan DAK Diknas ini belum ada titik terang dalam penetapan tersangka. Apa kerja Kejari Sula,” ujar Marina dengan nada tanya.
Marina berharap Kejari secepatnya metapkan terangka dalam kasus tersebut. Sebab kasus pemotongan DAK Diknas ini telah merugikan negara dan banyak orang, karena menyangkut dengan pendidikan.
Sementara Kepala Seksi Tindak Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Sula, Muhammad Fadli Habibi mengatakan, kasus ini masih dalam penyidikan.
“Kami masih memintai keterangan dari pihak sekolah penerima DAK dan melakukan pengecekan ke sekolah penerima, baik itu swakelola maupun pengadaan,” tandasnya.
Fadli juga mengaku sampai saat ini belum ada titik terang terkait siapa saja yang bertanggujawab dalam kasus korupsi ini, karena pihaknya masih membutuhkan keterangan tambahan dari pihak Diknas maupun dari sekolah penerima DAK.
“Setelah itu, barulah kami bisa simpulkan berapa jumlah kerugiaan negara dalam kasus ini,” (ish/ask)
