Polda Malut Benarkan Pemecatan Oknum Anggota Brimob Terlibat Asusila

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Polda Maluku Utara membenarkan Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTDH) terhadap salah satu oknum anggota Brimob atas kasus dugaan perbuatan asusila.

Putusan PTDH tersebut setelah Polda Malut menggelar sidang kode etik profesi Polri, pada Rabu (23/2) kemarin. Hal ini disampaikan langsung Kabid Humas Polda Malut, Kombes (Pol) Michael Irwan Taslim saat dikonfirmasi wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Jumat (25/2).

Menurut Michael, dalam sidang kode etik profesi Polri yang digelar pada Rabu kemarin di Mapolda Malut, Ketua dan anggota komisi mengambil putusan PTDH terhadap oknum anggota Brimob berpangkat Bripda, IMD.

ā€œIya benar. Rekomendasi putusannya PTDH pada sidang kode etik profesi Polri kemarin,” ujarnya.

Michael menegaskan, Polda Malut akan tetap menindak tegas jika ada anggota yang membuat pelanggaran, dan akan memberikan penghargaan kepada anggota yang dinilai berprestasi.

“Kita tetap tindak tegas terhadap anggota yang buat pelanggaran,ā€ tegasnya mengakhiri.

Sekadar diketahui, oknum anggota Brimob berinisial IMD itu dialoporkan oleh NI yang merupakan kekasihnya ke Bidang Propam Polda Malut pada Desember 2021 lalu.

IMD dilaporkan lantaran lari dari tanggungjawab setelah menghamili NI. Tidak hanya itu, IMD juga bahkan mendesak NI untuk menggugurkan kandungannya pada saat NI masih hamil muda. Hingga NI melahirkan seorang anak perempuan, IMD tidak menunaikan tanggungjawabnya. (tr1/ask)
