PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – DPRD Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula meminta Pemkab Sula segera menyelesaikan masalah tapal batas di sejumlah desa.
Seperti diketahui, sejumlah desa yang hingga kini belum selesai tapal batas itu yakni Desa Wailoba dan Desa Capalulu di Kecamatan Mangoli Tengah, Desa Rawa Mangoli, Desa Falabisahaya dan Desa Leko Sula di Kecamatan Mangoli Utara. Kemudian Desa Kou, Desa Waitamela, Desa Wailau dan Desa Pastina di Kecamatan Sanana.
Ketua Komisi I DPRD Sula, M. Natsir Sangadji mengatakan, Pemkab Sula khususnya Bagian Tata Pemerintahan mestinya memikirkan untuk menyelesaikan sengketa tapal batas antara desa tersebut, sebab anggarannya telah disahkan.
“Saya pikir saat ini Pemda melalui Kabag Pemerintahan setidaknya sudah mengambil langkah strategis dalam persoalan tapal batas, serta melihat desa mana yang pertama diekseskusi untuk diselesaikannya,” ujarnya kepada wartawan, Selasa (8/3).
Ketua DPC Gerinda Sula ini juga menambahkan, berdasarkan hasil investigasi, pihaknya menemukan sejumlah kepala desa yang menggunakan kewenangannya untuk memberhentikan dan mengangkat perangkat aparatur desa tanpa memandang Permendagri 67. Padahal, sudah sangat jelas Permendagri telah mengatur sanksi-sanksi, baik berupa administrasi maupun lainnya.
“Ini harus diperhatikan oleh Pemkab lewat Kabag Pemerintahan untuk segera memberikan sanksi tegas terhadap kepala desa yang bertindak seperti ini,” tandasnya. (ish/ask)
