Di mana dalam kesepakatan yang dituangkan dalam berita acara itu bahwa pihak perusahaan CV Azzahra Karya akan memberikan fee kepada pemerintah desa maupun masyarakat.
“Fee yang ditetapkan itu untuk masayarakat dan kelompok tani sebesar 25 ribu rupiah, untuk pemerintah desa 5000 ribu rupia. Sedangkan untuk penggunaan saran dan prasaran Rp 7.500 per kubik kayu. Namun kesepakatan fee ini tak diindahkan oleh Direktur CV. Azzahra Karya,” kata Kepala Desa Wailoba, Idham Usia kepawa Wartawan, Sabtu (19/3) tadi.
Padahala, kata Idham, pihak CV. Azzahra Karya sudah bersedia memenuhi permintaan masyarakat.
“Maka dari itu kami minta perusahaan CV Azzahra Karya segera angkat kaki dari Desa Wailoba. Jika tidak, maka apabila terjadi sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan, kaminselaku pemerintah desa lepas tangan,” tegasnya. (ish/ask)
