PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Angka pencari kerja (Pencaker) di Halmahera Utara dalam tiga bulan terakhir meningkat.
Berdasarkan data yang diterima dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Disnakertrans) Halut, angka pencaker ini mencapai 1.150 orang. Ini terlihat berdasarkam pembuatan AK1 atau kartu kuning.
Angka pencaker pada tahun 2022 ini diprediksi meningkat dari tahun 2021. Di mana pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 4.165 pencari kerja. Sementara pada tahun 2022 ini bisa mencapai 5 ribuan.
“Saat ini peluang kerja terbuka lebar, terutama di sektor pertambangan yang membutuhkan banyak karyawan,” Kata Kepala Bidang Penempatan Tenaga Kerja dan Perluasan Wilayah Kerja Disnakertrans Halut, Wahyudi Ismail kepada wartawan, Rabu (23/3).
Ia bilang, saat ini PT. Nusa Halmahera Mineral (NHM) lebih kebutuhan karyawan pada skill tertentu. Kemudian PT. Natural Indococonut Organic (Nico) di Desa Kupa-kupa Tobelo Selatan yang sedang persiapan untuk merekrut karyawan.
Pihaknya telah berkoordinasi dengan perusahaan untuk perekrutan karyawan, agar lebih diutamakan karyawan lokal sebesar 70 persen, dan itu sudah termasuk skiil dan non skiil. Sementara sisa 30 persennya dari perusahaan.
Selain tambang, menurut Wahyudi, minat pencari kerja ini beragam sesuai dengan apa yang mereka kuasai dari jurusan sewaktu kuliah.
“Kita di dinas hanya membantu menyiapkan AK1 untuk membantu pencari kerja, tidak lebih dari itu. Dan kalau ada informasi lowomgan kerja, kita sampaikan lewat media sosial,” terangnya. (fnc)
