PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Partai Gerindra Maluku Utara secara tegas menolak kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) yang ditetapkan pemerintah Indonesia melalui PT. Pertamina.
Ini disampaikan dewan pembina Partai Gerindra Malut, Wahda Zainal Imam, pada saat acara buka puasa bersama insan pers dan anak yatim sekaligus shalat tarawih berjamaah di Kantor Sekretariat DPD Gerindra Malut, Kamis (7/4) malam tadi.
Anggota DPRD Provinsi Malut mengaku, Gerindra saat ini ibarat seperti buah simalakama. Di satu sisi Gerindra ada bersama rakyat, namun di sisi lain, Gerindra juga ikut bersama pemerintah.
Ini karena Ketua Umum DPP Gerindra, Prabowo Subianto, saat ini menjabat Menteri Pertahanan di bawah pemerintahan Joko Widodo – Ma’aruf Amin. Namun demikian, Gerindra tetap bersama rakyat dalam memerangi berbagai kebijakan yang ditetapkan pemerintah, salah satunnya naiknya harga BBM.
“Pada prinsipnya kami secara tegas menolak kenaikan harga BBM,” ujar Wahda.
Ia juga mengungkapkan, selain naiknya harga BBM, kebijakan pemerintah lain yang tidak sepakat terkait pajak pertambahan nilai (PPN) 11 persen, salah satunya termasuk pulsa.
Menurut mantan Ketua DPD Gerindra Malut itu, ini merupakan kebijakan strategis untuk mendorong pembangunan Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Sebab pembangunan infrastruktur IKN membutuhkan dana yang begitu besar dan menguras habis APBN, maka jalan lain yang diambil pemerintah adalah menetapkan berbagai macam kebijakan yang ada.
“Jadi mau tidak mau cari jalan lain untuk bentuk berbagai pengeluaran itu. Yang jelas kita beda, keluar dan tidak sepakati harga BBM saat ini. Bahkan Prabowo juga mungkin tidak sepakat juga, walau saat ini menjabat Menteri Pertahanan,” pungkasnya. (ano/ask)
