PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pengecer bahan bakar minyak (BBM) di Kota Ternate rupanya tak mematuhi edaran Wali Kota Ternate terkait harga eceran tertinggi (HET) BBM tingkat pengecer.
Ini terbukti saat sidak yang dilakukan Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol-PP) di sejumlah kelurahan di Kecamatan Ternate Utara, Rabu (27/4) malam tadi. Dari sidak tersebut, ditemukan sejumlah pengecer masih menjual BBM jenis Pertamax dengan harga Rp 15.000 per liter.
Padahal, dalam surat edaran Wali Kota Nomor: 541/67/2022 tersebut telah ditetapkan HET BBM jenis Pertamax di tingkat pengecer per liternya Rp 13.500.
Kepala Bidang Ketertiban Umum (Tibum) Satpol-PP Kota Ternate, Hasan Samal mengagakan, dari hasil patroli di beberapa pengecer BBM jenis Pertamax khususnya di Kecamatan Ternate Utara ditemukan sebanyak 16 depot/pengecer yang menjual dengan harga Rp 15.000 per liter.
“Pengecer BBM di Ternate Utara ini sebagian besar harga Pertamax tidak sesuai dengan edaran Wali Kota. Sehingga kita memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman sekaligus membuat surat pernyataan terkait HET BBM, agar disesuaikan dengan edaran wali kota,” jelas Hasan mengakhiri. (tan/ask)

Pemerintah kota Ternate kurang peka dgn penjualan BBM eceran karna masih banyak yg jual 15ribu Pertamax dan di SPBU di kota Ternate amburadul, SPBU dipersulit dgn antrian yg tdk jelas dan literan tdk benar.setiap perubahan pemerintahan masalah yg satu tdk pernah beres, mau sampaikan ? Belum lagi mafia-mafia SPBU, ini merupakan kebutuhan public, dimana pemerintah dan Pertamina melihat ini ?
