PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya (Gerindra) Maluku Utara mendeklarasikan Ketua Umum Prabowo Subianto sebagai calon Presiden pada Pemilu 2024.
Acara deklarasi yang dipimpin langsung Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Partai Gerindra Malut, Muhaimin Syarif itu bertempat di Red Corner Cafe, Kota Ternate, Sabtu (11/6) malam.
Amatan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) tampak 19 putra/putri lintas adat dan suku bangsa membawa yel-yel Prabowo Subianto Presiden 2024. Mereka mengenakan pakaian adat masing-masing daerah se-Indonesia, yang mencerminkan dukungan dari latarbelakang suku, adat dan budaya.
Ketua DPD Muhaimin Syarif membacakan deklarasi dan pernyataan sikap tersebut dihadapan Ketua Badan Pengawasan dan Disiplin DPP Partai Gerindra yang juga Wakil Ketua Komisi I DPR RI, Bambang Kristiono, Kabid Perindustrian DPP Gerindra yang juga Wakil Ketua Komisi VI DPR RI Mohammad Hekal, Anggota DPRD Provinsi dan kabupaten/kota Fraksi Gerindra se-Malut, Pengurus Partai Gerindra se-Malut dan simpatisan.
“Dengan rahmat Tuhan yang Maha Esa, kami pengurus DPD dan DPC Partai Gerindra se-Malut serta relawan, bahwa pada hari ini mendeklarasikan bersatu dan berkomitmen, mendukung serta memenangkan Letjen TNI (Purn) H. Prabowo Subianto sebagai Presiden tahun 2024. Semoga Allah SWT merahmati setiap langkah dan perjuangan kita semua,” kata Muhaimin saat membacakan pernyataan deklarasi.
Pada kesempatan itu pula, Muhaimin menyampaikan, yang hadir malam ini adalah pribadi-pribadi yang memiliki cita-cita, harapan dan mimpi yang besar terhadap perubahan negeri ini. Karena itu, kata dia, malam ini akan menjadi catatan emas bagi Partai Gerindra di Malut, bahwa Gerindra dan masyarakat Malut akan membuat perubahan dan peradaban dengan mengantarkan Prabowo Subianto sebagai Presiden RI di Pemilu 2024 nanti.
“Ini penting kami sampaikan di malam ini agar menjadi kilas sejarah, bahwa ketika Pak Prabowo menjadi Presiden, akan membawa perubahan bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Olehnya itu, masyarakat Malut yang dipelopori Partai Gerindra adalah bagian dari pengubah terhadap negeri yang kita cintai ini,” ujarnya.
Di sisi lain, terkait dirinya yang diusung maju sebagai bakal calon Gubernur Maluku Utara, dia menyarankan kepada pengurus Gerindra untuk sisihkan dulu semangat itu. Sebab, menurutnya, dia tidak mau menumpang demi kepentingan bangsa yang lebih besar.
“Bagi saya adalah ketika Pak Prabowo menjadi Presiden, maka segala yang kita inginkan di Partai Gerindra Maluku Utara, Insya Allah akan terwujud dengan sendirinya,” pungkasnya. (tan/ask)
