PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Satu nelayan Desa Latalata, Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan yang dilaporkan hilang saat melaut pada Jumat (10/6) lalu ditemukan meninggal.
Kepala Basarnas Ternate, Muhamad Arafah mengatakab, korban ditemukan oleh Tim SAR gabungab pada Minggu (12/6) sekira pukul 07.25 WIT. Korban ditemukan pada koordinat kurang lebih 1,41 Nm dari koordinat penemuan perahu korban. Korban ditemukan dalam posisi mengapung. Selanjutnya korban dievakuasi menuju ke Desa Latalata untuk diserahkan kepada pihak keluarga.
“Saat ini korban sudah diserahkan ke pihak keluarga, Tim SAR gabungan juga sudah melaksanakan debreafing penutupan operasi sar. Dengan ditemukannya korban, maka operasi sar ditutup. Selanjutnya semua unsur dan potensi yang terlibat dikembalikan ke satuan masing-masing,” jelasnya.
Sebelumnya, korban pamit keluar melaut pada Jumat sekira pukul 10.00 WIT lalu. Korban yang diketahui bernama Ardianus Jumati keluar memancing dengan menggunakan perahu di seputaran perairan Latalata.
Namun hingga sore, ia belum juga kembali. masyarakat kemudian melakukan pencarian dan hanya menemukan topi korban di perairan Tanjung Singotahu Latalata. Pihak keluarga lalu melaporkan ke Basarnas untuk dilakukan pencarian. (red)
