PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Camat Tabaru, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, terancam diberi sanksi atas tindakannya mengganti perangkat Desa Borona secara sepihak.
Tindakan camat ini terbukti setelah Komisi I DPRD Halbar melakukan kroscek ke Desa Borona, Kamis (16/6), yang dipimpin langsung Ketua Komisi I Joko Ahadi didampingi Anggota Komisi Atus Sandian, Albert Hama, Frangki Luang dan Tamin Ilan Abanun.
Bahkan Komisi I menemukan masalah tersebut tidak hanya terjadi pada Desa Borona, namun sejumlah desa lain di Kecamatan Tabaru juga terdapat hal yang sama.
Anggota Komisi I DPRD Halbar, Tamin Ilan Abanun kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) mengatakan, pergantian perangkat desa yang dilakukan camat tanpa sepengatahuaan Kepala Desa Borona itu benar. Pihaknya saat turun ke lokasi terlihat kantor Desa Borona masih dipalang warga.
“Karena kantor desa masih dipalang, terpaksa kami bertemua dengan Kepala Desa Borona beserta Sekdes dan tiga orang perangkat desa yang diberhentikan itu untuk mengadakan pertemuan singkat di salah satu rumah penduduk,” katanya.
Dari hasil pertemuan, lanjut Tamin, terungkap bahwa ternyata benar yang dilakukan yang camat itu. Sebab Kepala Desa Borona juga tidak menandatangani surat pemberhentian tersebut.
“Dan ini bukan hanya terjadi di Desa Borona saja, tapi di 7 desa di Kecamatan Tabaru juga mengalami hal yang sama. Salah Desa lainnya adalag Sangaji Nyeku,” tuturnya.
Ia bilang, pihaknya setelah dari Desa Borona mencoba mampir sebentar di kantor Desa Sangaji Nyeku, namun kepala desanya tidak ada, hanya ditemui satu perangkat desa. Setelah ditelusuri kebenarannya, ternyata dua perangkat Desa Sangaji Nyeku juga diberhentikan Camat Tabaru.
Untuk itu, Komisi I akan mengundang desa yang terdampak kebijakan camat ini dalam rapat dengar pendapat (RDP) nanti.
Politisi Hanura ini mengaku prihatin dengan perilaku camat. Sebab Perda Nomor 8 tahun 2016 adalah produk Pemda yang diturunkan dari peraturan perundang-undangan yang paling tinggi di buat untuk ditaati, namun ini dilanggar oleh camat. Bahkan camat juga telah mengabaikan asas materi muatan perda, yakni asas keadilan, kekeluargaan, bhineka tunggal ika dan lainnya.
“Seharusnya kepala desa yang melakukan, baru camat menegur. Tapi ini kebalikan yang terjadi adalah kepala desa paham akan hal ini, tapi camat tidak memahami dan malahan bertindak sangat kejam,” kesal Tamin.
Sehingga itu, dalam RDP nanti jika hasilnya memang benar-benar tindakan camat, maka Komisi I akan mengeluarkan rekomendasi ke Pemda untuk segera mengevaluasi Camat Tabaru. Sebab tidak taat kepada peraturan perundang undangan dalam menjalankan tugasnya.
“Intinya kami Komisi I akan tetap mengawal hal ini sebagai salah satu bentuk implementasi dari fungsi DPRD, yakni pengawasan. Jadi kalau ada pelanggaran terhadap aturan, maka itu tugas kami DPRD. Kami akan mengawal tindakan Camat Tabaru yang barbar ini,” tegasnya. (uum/ask)
