PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) menaruh perhatian serius terhadap oknum jaksa nakal.
Hal ini ditegaskan Inspektur V Jaksa Agung Muda Pengawasan Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) RI, Muhahammad Yusuf, saat melakukan inspeksi umum di Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara, Senin (4/7) kemarin.
“Inpeksi ini sifatnya umum (biasa), karena program pengawasan pusat. Inspeksi umum itu meliputi semua bidang berkaitan dengan keuangan,” kata Muhammad Yusuf saat diwawancarai wartawan.
Pada kesempatan itu, Muhammad menegaskan sesuai arahan Jaksa Agung (JA), ST. Burhanuddin, telah memberikan catatan khusus tidak ada lagi oknum-oknum Jaksa maupun pegawai Kejaksaan yang bermain proyek.
“Itu perhatian khusus beliau (JA), kalau ada yang melakukan pelanggaran (main proyek). Kalau ada temuan, ada tahapannya. Kalau laporannya di sini (Kejati), maka perannya Aswas (Asisten Pengawas),” tegas mantan Kajati Aceh ini.
Namun, lanjutnya, jika laporan tersebut di Kejagung, maka akan dilihat dulu klasifikasinya. Apakah langsung ditangani oleh Inspektur V atau nanti Aswas.
“Tapi kalau kedatangan saya ini bersifat umum. Jadi ada inspeksi umum dan pemantauan. Dan ada yang saya temukan. Nanti yang saya sampaikan temuan ini sudah diperbaiki atau belum, jadi sifatnya pencegahan. Kalau tidak diperbaiki, akan ada tindak lanjutnya,” tandasnya. (gon/ask)
