PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Polres Kepulauan Sula dalam waktu dekat akan melakukan gelar perkara terhadap kasus dugaan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) yang dilakukan Kepala Desa Fagudu, M Ali Duwila kepada SN (30) yang merupakan istrinya.
Kapolres Kepuluan Sula, AKBP Cahyo Widyatmoko mengatakan, kasus KDRT ini sebelumnya pihaknya sudah melakukan upaya mediasi antar kedua pihak agar diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan.
Kedua belah pihak bersepakat berdamai, namun ada beberapa syarat harus dipenuhi pelaku dalam hal ini Kades.
“Namun dalam perjalanannya, kesepakatan yang dibuat itu tidak ditepati Kades. Sehingga korban kembali memproses kasus tersebut,” kata Kapolres saat ditemui wartawan, Kamis (21/7) tadi.
Penyidik Reskrim Polres Sula kemudian menindaklanjuti laporan korban dan diproses sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan.
Dalam waktu dekat, penyidik akan mengirim surat pemberitahuan SPDP (surat pemberitahuan dimulainya penyidikan) ke Kejaksaan Negeri Sula.
“Jadi dalam waktu dekat kami akan memanggil oknum Kades Fagudu sekaligus dilakukan gelar perkara penetapan tersangka,” jelasnya. (ish/ask)
