PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Berkas dua tersangka dugaan korupsi pengadaan lampu solar sel ornament (SSO) di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula rampung.
Kepala Seksi Tindak Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Sula, Godang Kris Apo Paulus Siboro mengatakan, berkas kedua tersangka sudah rampung dan tinggal diserahkan.
“Setelah berkas kedua tersangka lengkap, selanjutnya dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Tipikor Ternate,” Ujarnya kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Selasa (30/8).
Pihaknya juga masih menunggu Kepala Kejari Sula yang baru, selanjutnya dilakukan pemeriksaan terhadap kedua tersangka dan ditahan untuk dilimpahkan bersama berkasnya ke pengadilan.
“Direncanakan dalam waktu dekat ini kalau Pak Kajari baru sudah ada di Sanana,” tukasnya.
Sebelumnya, Kejari menetapakna ES alias Edi selaku mantan Kepala Bagian Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Sula, dan RL alias Rusmin selaku mantan Kapala Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPRKP Sula. (ish/ask)
