PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Tim penyidik Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara segera melakukan ekspose penetapan tersangka dugaan korupsi penyertaan modal pada Perusahan Daerah (Perusda) Bahari Berkesan Kota Ternate selaku Holding Company.
Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kajati) Malut, Dade Ruskandar mengatakan, penetapan tersangka seharusnya dilakukan pada pekan ini, namun pada Rabu (31/8) besok baru dilakukan gelar.
“Gelar penentuan (tersangka),” kata Dade saat diwawancarai wartawan, Selasa (30/8) tadi.
Ditanya terkait jumlah calon tersangka, Dade belum bisa memastikannya. Ia beralasan nanti besok setelah dilakukan gelar pekara.
“Besok gelar tentukan berapa orang tersangkanya,” tukasnya.
Berdasarkan informasi yang diterima Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), tim penyidik saat ini telah mengantongi lima calon tersangka dalam kasus tersebut. Namun belum diketahui pasti nama dan jabatan kelima orang ini.
“Kemungkinan lima orang,” ucap sumber tersebut tanpa memberitahu nama para calon tersangka.
Sekedar diketahui, Pemerintah Kota Ternate pada tahun 2019 memberikan anggaran Rp 5 miliar ke Perusda Bahari Berkesan. Anggaran tersebut dibagikan ke tiga anak Perusda, yakni PT. BPRS Bahari Berkesan dengan nilai Rp 2 miliar, PT. Alga Kastela Rp 1,2 miliar, dan Apotek Bahari Berkesan Rp 1,8 miliar.
Anggaran tersebut diduga disalahgunakan. Saat ini kasus tersebut sudah ditingkatkan ke tahap penyidikan. (gon/ask)
