Angkat Guru Honorer Baru, Komisi IV DPRD Malut Minta Gubernur Tinjau SK

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Gubernur Maluku Utara, Abdul Gani Kasuba menetapkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Nomor 266 tentang penetapan Tenaga Honor Daerah (Honda), Honor Sekolah Guru, Tenaga Kependidikan dan Honorer Cabang Dinas Pendidikan tahun 2022 pada jenjang SMA, SMK dan SLB di 10 kabupaten/kota Provinsi Maluku Utara.

Namun, pengangkatan guru Honda ini dinilai tidak memprioritaskan mereka yang sudah lama mengabdi, sehingga banyak guru honorer tampak mengeluh dihadapan Komisi IV DPRD Malut.

Anggota Komisi IV DPRD Malut, Abdul Malik Sillia, menilai ada kejanggalan terkait SK Gubernur Nomor 266 tentang pengangkatan tenaga honorer yang bertentangan dengan fakta sekolah.

“SK Gubernur Nomor 266 ini ngawur, karena sangat kontras dengan fakta di sekolah. Masa, ada guru yang sudah bertahun-tahun mengabdi tidak di SK-kan. Padahal di tahun-tahun sebelumnya di kasih SK,” tutur Malik, Minggu (11/9).

Atas dasar itu, Sekretaris DPW PKB Malut ini meminta kepada kepala sekolah, dinas pendidikan dan kebudayaan, serta badan kepegawaian daerah Maluku Utara untuk segera menyajikan data yang sebenarnya.

Pasalnya, ada beberapa guru honorer yang sudah lama mengabdi, tetapi tidak diakomodir. Bahkan, ia menduga kepala sekolah juga mengusul guru baru di satuan pendidikan tertentu, terutama di SMA Negeri 6 Kota Ternate, SMK Negeri 10 Kepulauan Sula dan kemungkinan juga terjadi di seluruh sekolah yang ada di Maluku Utara.

“Saya minta Gubernur segera merevisi/meninjau kembali SK nomor 266, karena tidak sesuai kondisi ril. Kemudian Dikbud Malut juga segera investigasi dan panggil kepsek-kepsek nakal ini,” pintanya menegaskan.

Karena itu, Malik menyarankan bagi sekolah yang kuota gurunya sudah cukup, maka kepala sekolah harus segera menghentikan penerimaan guru honorer yang baru. Selain itu, bagi guru honorer yang mengalami hal yang sama, maka segera mengadu ke Komisi IV DPRD Malut. (tan)
