Program tak Diakomodir Dalam APBD-P 2022, Kadis Damkar Kecewa

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Sejumlah program yang diusulkan Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran (Damkar) Kota Ternate pada anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah perubahan (APBD-P) tahun 2022 tak diakomodir. Hal ini membuat Kadis Damkar, Arwan Andili, kecewa.

”Alasannya apa, kami juga belum tahu,” ujar Arwan saat diwawancarai wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Selasa (4/10) tadi.

Menurut Arwan, pihaknya dijanjikan pada tahun 2023 barulah program tersebut diakomodir. Padahal, kata dia, kebutuhan penambahan satu unit armada mobil Damkar sangat dibutuhkan sekarang. Bahkan anggaran pemeliharaan sebesar 200 juta yang diusulkan juga tak diakomodir.

”Mungkin karena berbenturan dengan anggaran yang terbatas atau apa, jadi tak diakomodir. Sehingga sekarang ini kita fokus dana pemeliharaan kendaraan saja pada tahun 2023,” ujarnya dengan nada kesal.

Arwan membeberkan, armada Damkar yang dimiliki saat ini sebanyak lima unit dengan tahun pembelian 2001, 2006 dan 2012. Dari 7 unit Damkar, yang bisa dioperasikan hanya empat. Sementara tiga lainnya sering mengalami kerusakan.

Ia juga mengaku pada saat terjadi kebakaran, pihaknya mengalami kendala seperti di Utara dan Selatan. Sebab jarak tempuh yang jauh, sehingga terkadang mengalami keterlambatan. Hal ini yang membuat masyarakat sering marah.

”Untuk itu saya pernah usulkan dibuat ada pos pembantu di Kecamatan Ternate Utara, Kecematan Ternate Selatan, dan Pulau Ternate. Sehingga begitu terjadi kebakaran dapat cepat ditangani. Karena armada yang punya kecepatan 15 menit dengan jarak 3 kilometer sudah di tempat kejadian. Tapi kalau tidak ada pos pembantu, sampai di titik kebakaran itu sudah ludes,” tuturnya.

”Kita mengandalkan armada yang ada, sementara usianya sudah tua semua. Pada saat uji coba saja tidak bisa naik gunung. Kami minta DPRD, tolong perhatikan kita di Damkar. Bagaimana kita menangani kebakaran, kalau armada kita usianya 21 tahun,” sambungnya menutup. (udi/ask)
