PENAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Proyek pembangunan gedung depo arsip milik Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Maluku Utara yang dianggarkan selama dua tahap diduga bermasalah.
Pasalnya, proyek pembangunan gedung depo arsip tahap pertama senilai Rp 572.412.000 yang dikerjakan CV. Fausta Pratama pada November 2021 lalu hingga kini tak ada progres pekerjaannya.
Hasil penelusuran wartawan, proyek yang berlokasi di belakang Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan di Sofifi itu tak terlihat adanya tanda-tanda pembangunan.
Pemilik CV. Fausta Pratama, Irfan saat dikonfirmasi, mengaku tidak terlibat dalam pengerjaan proyek tersebut. Bahkan ia juga tidak tahu siapa pejabat pembuat komitmen (PPK) pada proyek itu.
”Itu (perusahaan) mungkin dipakai orang, saya juga lupa. Mungkin belum cair. Nanti saya cari tahu lagi. Seingat saya proyek depo arsip itu dulu tidak jadi. mungkin begitu,” katanya kepada wartawan, Rabu (5/10).
Setelah ditelurusi lebih lanjut, ternyata ada nama Abdurrahman yang diketahui melaksanakan pekerjaan tersebut. Abdurahman ketika dikonfirmasi, ia juga mengaku pekerjaan itu telah selesai dikerjakan dan menghabiskan Rp 550 juta, namun hanya untuk pengerjaan tiang pancang.
“Tahap satu itu anggaranya cuman tiang pancang pada pekerjaan tahap awal, dan ini tahap dua akan dilanjutkan sekaligus dengan strukturnya,” akunya.
Meski demikian, tiang pancang yang dimaksud Abdurahman tidak berdiri seperti yang dibayangkan orang. Namun tiang pancang tersebut hanya berkisar 6 tiang dengan ketinggian tiga sampai empat meter. Bahkan diduga proyek tahap awal ini dikerjakan dalam hitungan minggu.
Sementara untuk pembangunan gedung depo tahap dua dianggarkan senilai Rp 1.365.945.230. proyek tahap dua ini dikerjakan oleh CV. Dwi Tolire Pratama dengan masa kontrak selama 120 hari terhitung sejak 14 Juli 2022. Namun sampai Oktober 2022 ini, proyek dengan nilai 1,3 miliar itu juga tak kunjung terlihat.
Pantauan wartawan di lapangan, proyek yang masa kontraknya harus berakhir pada 11 November 2022 itu hanya terlihat pembangunan fondasi gedung.
Kepala Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustkaan Malut, Muliyadi Tutupoho selaku kuasa pengguna anggaran (KPA) pada proyek tersebut dikonfirmasi secara terpisah melalui sambugan telepon tidak merespons. Pesan whatsApp yang dikirim kepadanya juga tak ditanggapi hingga berita ini ditayangkan. (ano/ask)
