Dua Mantan Pejabat Desa di Halbar Ditetapkan Tersangka

PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Mantan Sekretaris dan Bendahara Desa Sangaji Nyeku, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, HR (38) dan AT (37), ditetapkan tersangka oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halbar atas dugaan korupsi anggaran desa tahun 2020.

Keduanya ditetapkan tersangka setelah tim penyidik bidang pidana khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Halbar menemukan indikasi korupsi pada penggunaan anggaran dana desa (DD) tahap satu dan tahap dua tahun 2020 dengan kerugian negara sebesar Rp.314.000.000.

Kepala Kejari Halbar, Kusuma Jaya Bulo, menjelaskan bahwa setelah menetapkan dua tersangka kasus DD Sangaji Nyeku, pihaknya terus mendalami keterlibatan pihak lain dalam kasus ini.

“Dan tidak menutup kemungkinan bakal bertambah tersangka lainnya,” ujar Kusuma dalam konferensi pers di Kejari Halbar, Selasa (1/11) tadi.

Ia bilang, dalam kasus ini, pihaknya telah memberikan kesempatan kurang lebih tiga bulan kepada tersangka untuk melakukan pengembalian kerugian negara. Namun keduanya tidak memberikan jawaban maupun kepastian kepada Kejaksaan atas pertanggung jawaban apa yang telah diperbuat terhadap pengelolaan DD.

Atas perbuatannya, keduanya diancam melanggar Primair Pasal 2 ayat 1 junto Pasal 18 ayat 1 huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dan ditambah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 junto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke 1 KUHP, dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 4 tahun penjara.

Selain itu, keduanya diancam melanggar Subsider Pasal 3 junto Pasal 18 ayat 1 huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dan ditambah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 junto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke 1 KUHP, dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 1 tahun.

Kedua tersangka ini akan ditahan selama 20 hari ke depan di Lapas Kelas IIB Jailolo.

“Saya berharap agar desa-desa yang lain tidak melakukan hal yang sama. Jika perlu pendampingan, maka kami akan mendampingi atas uang yang diamanahkan oleh negara,” harapnya menutup. (adi/ask)
