Di mana proyek tersebut dikerjakan pada tahun 2022 lalu dengan anggaran senilai Rp 1.881.150.000 melekat di Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (Disperkim) Haltim dengan nomor kontrak: 600/2.54/SP.SDA-PRM/DAU/DPERKIM-HT/IX-2022.
CV. Gamalia diketahui melakukan sub kontrak di bawah tangan kepada salah satu warga yang berada di Haltim bersinsial SP.
Pada saat melakukan Sub kontrak, pihak CV. Gamalia tidak menyerahkan kontrak pekerjaan dan hanya menyerahkan dana kepada SP sebesar Rp 700 juta. Bahkan ini dilakukan tanpa sepengetahuan pejabat yang berwenang (PPK, PPA, dan PPTK).
Proyek pekerjaan ini selesai dikerjaan, namun tidak sesuai dengan item yang telah diperjanjikan dalam kontrak dan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya).
Tak sampai disitu, karena kekurangan anggaran, pihak Sub kontrak tidak bisa melakukan pembersihan material yang ada dilokasi pekerjaan. (gon)
