PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Ratusan pegawai RSUD Chasan Boesorie (CB) mendatangi kediaman Gubernur Maluku Utara di Ternate, Kamis (15/12) tadi. Kedatangan mereka untuk menyampaikan keluhan terkait tunggakan tambahan pengahsilan pegawai (TPP) 15 bulan yang belum dibayarkan.
Sayanganya, kedatangan para tenaga kesehatan ini tak ditemui Gubernur Abdul Gani Kasuba yang saat ini masih berada di luar daerah. Mereka pun kecewa dan lantas menempelkan puluhan pamflet dengan berbagai macam tulisan ke mobil pribadi Gubernur yang terparkir di garasi kediaman.
Salah satu pamflet tersebut bertuliskan “Keadilan Malut Telah Mati”. Ini karena mereka menilai dalam pembayaran TPP tak adil, sebab instansi lain dibayarkan setiap bulannya. Sementara TPP RSUD CB tertunggak hingga 15 bulan.
Mereka juga mengancam apabila Gubernur AGK tidak menemui mereka, maka para tenaga kesehatan di RSUD CB akan melakukan mogok kerja.
”Kami akan mengambil tindakan mogok kerja. Dan ini akan disampaikan juga kepada pegawai-pegawai nakes lainnya,” tegas salah satu Nakes yang melakukan aksi itu.
Ia bilang, Gubernur dengan sengaja tidak menemui mereka. Tindakan orang nomor satu Malut ini secara langsung melecehkan hak-hak dari tenaga kesehatan.
“Kalau Gubenur melakukan hal seperti ini, artinya Gubernur ingin tenaga kerja kesehatan mengabaikan pelayanan masyarakat Malut. (ano/ask)
