Penamalut.com, Ternate – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara diminta untuk melakukan supervisi ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Timur terkait proses hukum kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan air mancur tahun 2011 yang merugikan negara Rp 550 juta.
“Kelihatannya ada yang aneh dengan proses hukum kasus ini,” ujar aktivis HMI, Maruf Majid kepada wartawan, Rabu (5/5) tadi.
Menurut dia, proses hukum kasus tersebut terbilang aneh lantaran kuasa pengguna anggaran (KPA) atau Kepala Dinas PUPR Halmahera Timur yang menjabat saat itu tidak disentuh.
“Yang berkasnya sudah tahap II itu adalah ZA selaku rekanan dan FD selaku penjabat pembuat komitmen (PPK). PPK saja tersangka, kenapa KPA atau kepala dinas tidak tersangka? Ada apa ini,” kata Maruf dengan nada tanya.
Sehingga itu, alumni Fakultas Hukum Unkhair Ternate tersebut meminta Kepala Kejati Malut untuk memerintahkan penyidik Kejari Halmahera Timur supaya melakukan pengembangan penyidikan, yakni memeriksa mantan Kepala Dinas PUPR Halmahera Timur yang kini sudah menjabat sebagai Kepala Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah berinisial AJ.
