PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Mantan Ketua Asosiasi Kabupaten (Askab) PSSI Halmahera Barat, Samad Moid, meminta kepada Wakil Bupati Halbar, Djufri Muhamad, agar mundur dari jabatan sebagai Ketua Persihalbar.
Pasalnya, Samad yang juga pendiri Persihalbar itu menilai Djufri gagal mengurus generasi persepakbolaan bumi banau. Ia mengaku persepakbolaan di Halbar belakangan semakin terpuruk dengan berulang kali gagal mengikuti setiap turnamen.
Mantan anggota DPRD Halbar ini meminta Djufri Muhamaad harus mengakui kekurangannya dalam kepedulian generasi persepakbolaan. Dengan begitu, Djufri segera mundur dari jabatan dan mencari figur muda untuk mengurusi Persihalbar.
“Urus perepakbolaan ini tidak hanya sekadar kita fans tim sepak bola luar negeri, tapi melihat dan memperdaya generasi agar setiap tahun anak muda yang berprestasi tidak dirugikan dalam setiap ajang,” ujar Samad kepada wartawan, Rabu (22/9).
Mantan Ketua DPD II Golkar Halbar itu mengatakan, kegagalan Persihalbar dalam turnamen ini sudah dua kali.
“Makanya Djufri harus mengakui kekurangan dan tidak perlu balas pantun untuk meluruskan kegagalannya. Masih banyak kaum muda yang memiliki niatan baik untuk mengurus sepak bola. Sebagai pemerintah baiknya berkonsentrasi terhadap penganggaran untuk mendukung semangat persepakbolaan di Halbar,” ujarnya.
Samad juga merasa bingung atas sikap Djufri selaku Ketua Persihalbar yang hanya diam setelah melihat tim Persihalbar gagal mengikuti Pra Musim Liga 3 dalam memperebutkan piala Gubernur 2021.
“Sangat disayangkan, masa masalah administrasi pemain tidak mampu diselesaikan. Artinya ini menunjukkan bahwa masalah yang kecil seperti ini saja tidak mampu diselesaikan oleh Pak Djufri, bagaimana dengan masalah yang lainnya,” tuturnya.
Samad mengisahkan saat ia membentuk Persihalbar tidak mudah seperti membalik telapak tangan. Ia kemudian berupaya dan pernah mendatangkan Ketu Umum PSSI kala itu ke Halbar untuk melihat langsung generasi muda.
“Tapi saya terpukul melihat kondisi persepakbolaan yang terjadi saat ini. Sungguh jauh dari yang kita harapkan,” tandasnya mengakhiri. (adi/ask)
