PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Selain menggeledah Kantor Perusda Bahari Berkesan Kota Ternate, tim penyelidik Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara juga menyita 2 unit mobil dan satu unit sepeda motor milik perusahaan berpelat merah tersebut.
Langkah ini dilakukan usai memeriksa sejumlah saksi tambahan pada kasus dugaan korupsi penempatan dana investasi ini dan pasca penggeledahan kantor.
Kepala Seksi Penerangan Hukum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga mengungkapkam, kendaraan roda 4 yang disita itu adalah pick up merk Suzuki dengan Nomor Polisi DG 8914 K dan grand livina dengan Nopol DM 1036 BD.
Selaim 2 unit kendaraam roda 4, satu kendaraan roda dua bernomor polisi DG 4112 YX juga turut diamankan.
“Penyitaan ketiga kendaraan itu dilakukan, karena menurut kami telah digunakan yang tidak jelas. Sehingga tim penyidik sepakat dari pada kendaraan itu digunakan kepada hal-hal yang tidak jelas, lebih baik disita,” ujar Richard saat ditemui wartawan, Kamis (30/9).
Menurutnya, kendaraan ini disita setelah dilakukan kroscek terhadap surat-suratnya, kendaraan tersebut juga tidak jelas. Atas dasar itulah, aset-aset bergerak yang digunakan pihak-pihak tertentu tidak ada kaitannya terhadap usaha ini dilakukan proses penyitaan.
