PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kajati) Maluku Utara memerintahkan kepada Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kajari) Halmahera Barat agar tidak menggantungkan proses penyelidikan dugaan kasus korupsi.
Menurut Kajati Malut, Dade Ruskandar,
Kajari harus mengambil sikap tegas. Jika perkara yang punya bukti kuat agar segera dinaikkan statusnya, kalau tidak cukup bukti maka hentikan.
“Bagi saya, hanya dua saja dugaan penyimpangan terindikasi korupsi kalau terbukti, maka naikkan terus. Begitu juga kalau tidak cukup bukti, maka hentikan. Saya tidak mau gantung-gantung tidak jelas, karena kami juga dituntut oleh pimpinan ada Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) penanganan perkara. Ada jangka waktu, tidak berarti bahwa dihentikan itu hilang. Kalau ada bukti lain atau bukti baru bahwa adanya indikasi, maka naikkan lagi,” ujarnya Dade saat berkunjung ke Halbar, Rabu (3/11) tadi.
Kata dia, jangankan kasus yang sudah dilidik, yang tengah disidik saja juga apabila sudah dihentikan dan ada bukti baru, maka kemudian dinaikkan lagi.
“Tapi sekarang ada yang periksa tidak jelas, akhirnya kasus numpuk,” ucapnya.
Sekadar diketahui, saat ini Kejari Halbar sedang mengusut sejumlah dugaan kasus korupsi di wilayah Halbar. Kasus tersebut antara lain dugaan penyalahgunaan dana di Samsat Halbar tahun 2018, penyelidikan pembangunan benteng saboega, dugaan korupsi DD Bobane Dano, dan lainnya. (adi/ask)
