PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Dana hibah partai politik (Parpol) di Kabupaten Halmahera Barat pada tahun 2022 ini naik 100 persen.
Di mana pada tahun 2021 kemarin, satu suara sah dibayar Rp 9.223. Pada tahun 2022 ini naik menjadi Rp 20.000 per suara sah.
Total dana hibah yang dianggarkan untuk Parpol di Halbar pada tahun 2022 senilai Rp 1.123.160.000 dari tahun sebelumnya yang hanya Rp 517.945.234. Ini terdiri anggaran pendidikan politik sebesar Rp 673.896.000 atau 60 persen, sementara untuk operasional sebesar Rp 449.264.000 atau 40 persen.
Terdapat 9 partai politik di Halbar dengan jumlah suara sah secara keseluruhan sebanyak 56.158. Untuk partai dengan perolehan suara terbanyak, yakni Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP) dengan jumlah suara sah sebanyak 8.777 dan mendapatkan Rp 175.320.000.
Partai Golongan Karya (Golkar) sebesar Rp 160.480.000 dengan jumlah suara sah 8.024. Partai Demokrat sebesar Rp 159.180.000 dengan jumlah suara sah 7.959. Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) sebesar Rp 148.900.000 dengan jumlah suara sah 7.445.
Partai Gerakan Indonesia Raya (Gerindra) sebesar Rp 129.660.000, dengan jumlah suara sah 6.483. Partai Hati Nurani Rakyat (Hanura) sebesar Rp 129.140.000, dengan jumlah suara sah 6.457. Partai Nasional Demokrat (Nasdem) sebesar Rp 117.460.000, dengan jumlah suarah sah 5.873.
Partai Amanat Nasional (Pan) sebesar Rp 54.580, dengan jumlah suara sah 2.729. Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) sebesar Rp 48.440, dengan jumlah suara sah 2.442.
Kepala Badan Kesbangpol Halbar, M. Syarif Ali mengatakan, naiknya anggaran hibah Parpol di Halbar ini dilihat dari faktor peran dan fungsi Parpol dalam memberikan pendidikan politik.
“Kenaikan anggaran Parpol ini dalam rangka pengembangan pendidikan politik, kemitraan, dan mendorong program pemerintah daerah dan pengembangan demokrasi di Halbar. Sebab partai harus memberikan penyuluhan kepada anggota Parpol, maka dipandang perlu kita naikan anggrannya,” ujar Syarif saat ditemui wartawan, Kamis (24/2) kemarin.
Menurut dia, kenaikan anggaran partai ini juga sudah sesuai dengan aturan pembiayaannya untuk partai politik dan dibenarkan dalam Undang-Undang.
“Untuk sistem pencairan dana untuk parpol ini langsung ke Parpol masing-masing,” ujarnya. (adi/ask)
